Cooking as a Professional Chef in a busy kitchen is something I have literally fallen into..!! But it grabbed me instantly, and I must admit that it has become something of a passion.
I strive always for perfection, in both quality & taste, and am always in search of new ideas, and new ways to offer up the best ingredients to customers. Donegal is fortunately blessed with fantastic locally produced foods, which makes my job so much easier.
