Over the past 12 years, I have worked in some of Ireland’s best-known kitchens, from Patrick Guilbaud and Bon Appetit, to The Unicorn in Dublin, as well as Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in Oxford.

I have grown to love simplicity in cooking, allowing our fantastic ingredients to speak for themselves. At The Boathouse, we want to create a menu that complements our warm and relaxed atmosphere, using the best of local produce, whilst providing value for money for our customer.
